Debra Ward has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Debra started their career at Delta Winnipeg (formerly Crowne Plaza Winnipeg Downtown) in 1994, where they held roles such as Special Projects Manager, Accounting Technician, F&B Controller, Purchaser, In-Room Dining Supervisor, and Receiver. At this company, they managed a capital purchasing project, developed budgets, forecasted expenses and revenues, and conducted cost analysis for menu development.

In 2002, Debra became a Think Tank Manager at NYGÅRD International. In this role, they led think tanks to analyze and streamline processes for a private label product line, supervised a merchandising team, and developed strategies to reduce production costs.

From 2013 to 2015, Debra worked as a Receptionist at Feasey Chiropractic and Wellness Centre. Debra'sresponsibilities included greeting and directing patients, providing general administrative support, scheduling and re-scheduling patient appointments, inputting client adjustments, and handling payment collections.

In 2015, Debra held positions at both Phoenix Recycling as an Office Coordinator and Mid-Canada Fasteners & Tools as an Inventory Control/Warehouse Manager. Debra handled office coordination tasks, managed inventory control, and oversaw warehouse operations.

Debra also worked at Agrico Canada Limited in 2016 as an Inventory Control Assistant, and at Wild Purple Productions from 2012 to 2020 as the Owner, Instructor, and Choreographer. At Wild Purple Productions, they planned and executed social dance instruction, facilitated practice sessions and monthly dances, and developed and implemented adult social dance workshops and programs.

Most recently, Debra joined Encore Business Solutions in 2017. Debra initially served as an Account Executive and later transitioned to the role of Dynamics 365 Account Representative. Currently, they are employed as a Technical Presales Consultant (Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement).

Throughout their career, Debra has gained experience in account management, sales, inventory control, office coordination, receptionist duties, and project management.

From 2014 to 2018, Debra attended The University of Winnipeg, where they pursued a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.

In 2013, Debra obtained a certification in Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED - Level C from Canadian First Aid Training.

During the same year, they also received a certificate from YMCA Canada for completing the YMCA Basic Theory, Leader/Instructor Course, and Fundamentals in Group Fitness.

In 2002, Debra completed a Diploma in Office Administration from CDI College of Business and Technology in Winnipeg.

In 2001, they obtained a Certificate in Food Handler Training at the Certificate Level 1 from City of Winnipeg, Environmental Health Services.

During the same year, Debra also participated in managerial courses, specifically Coaching Skills and Management Skills, offered by Delta Hotels.
