Guy MacKay

Guy MacKay has a diverse work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Guy started their career as a Master Scheduler at Heat N Glo in 1995 and later joined SMED International in the same role. In 1997, they became a Project Leader at CSB Systems Ltd. and continued in this position until 2005. At Etelligent Solutions Inc., they held the position of Senior Consultant/MFG Practice Lead from August 2005 to March 2010.

From March to July 2010, Guy served as the Microsoft Dynamics AX Practice Leader at Coastal Range Systems, contributing to marketing and sales strategy and participating in pre-sales activities. Guy then joined The RSC Group as the Dynamics AX Practice Lead from August 2010 to November 2012.

Currently, Guy works as the VP of Solution Strategy & Architecture at Encore Business Solutions. Guy'sresponsibilities include solution delivery oversight, development of best practices, and contribution to product and services positioning and marketing. Guy also provides mentorship in solution architecture and consulting, defines internal solutions strategy and architecture, and supports sales and consulting engagements.

Guy MacKay received their first education experience in 1989 at Frank Maddock High School. After completing high school, they enrolled in the DeVry Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in B.Sc. Business Operations with a focus on Operations Management and Accounting. In 1999, Guy attended APICS, where they obtained the Certified In Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) qualification.
