Ken Chartrand

Ken Chartrand has extensive work experience, starting in 1989 as a Constable with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. In 1995, they joined RBC Royal Bank as an Account Manager for KBI, where they worked until 1998. In 2000, Ken became the Chief Operating Officer of Encore Business Solutions, and later took on the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2019. Additionally, they have been the owner of Encore Business Solutions Inc since 2000.

Ken Chartrand completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from College Louis Riel between 1982 and 1984. Ken then pursued higher education at the University of Manitoba from 1994 to 1996, earning an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
