Mike Lamb

Mike Lamb has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as the Practice Lead D365 Business Applications at Encore Business Solutions, where they managed the D365 Dynamics business applications delivery team. Mike was responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of D365 business application solutions, collaborating with team members and following consistent methodologies. Prior to this, they served as the Practice Lead D365 Finance and Operations & Interim Practice Lead D365 Customer Engagement at the same company.

Before joining Encore Business Solutions, Mike worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Fine Solutions from 2013 to 2017. Mike then held the position of Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Jensen Distribution from 2008 to 2013. In this role, they provided technology vision and leadership, supervised a team of 10 IT staff, and planned and implemented enterprise information systems to support warehouse distribution center and business operations.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked at Ascentium Corporation as a Technical Project Manager and Senior BI Technical Consultant. Mike was responsible for managing multiple information and communications systems and projects, designing and implementing systems, working on customer relationship tracking initiatives, and developing end-user training programs. Mike also served as an enterprise data solution expert.

Before joining Ascentium Corporation, Mike worked at Aurora Consulting Group as a SQL DBA Programmer, and at Keytronic Corporation as a Programmer/Analyst. At Keytronic, they developed intranet and extranet web portals and applications to streamline the manufacturing process.

Throughout their career, Mike Lamb has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as project management, system implementation, database administration, and software development.

Mike Lamb obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Business - Management Information Systems from the University of Idaho in 1995. In addition, they have obtained the certification for "Develop the Skills to Drive Innovation in Your Organization" from LinkedIn in June 2023, and the certification for "Scrum Master Certified (SMC)" from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in May 2019.
