In 2001, they joined Encore Business Solutions as an Information Systems Manager, where they managed the IT team and ensured the smooth operation of the infrastructure. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Cloud Architect at Encore, focusing on cloud technologies such as Azure and obtaining their MCSE certification. In 2020, they took on the position of a Technical Presales Consultant Power Platform at Encore, working with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
