Barbara Dilauro Navas

Barbara DiLauro Navas is an accomplished executive assistant with extensive experience in providing administrative support to high-level executives. Currently, Barbara serves as Lead Executive Assistant at Encore Capital Group since August 2009, supporting various executives including the EVP & CFO and General Counsel. Previous roles include serving as an Executive Assistant at Fairfield Residential from September 1999 to January 2009, where support was provided to the Vice President and Project Managers. Barbara's career also includes experience at LAI International, where responsibilities involved supporting multiple company leaders from January 1995 to January 1999. Barbara holds an A.A. in Secretarial Studies from Baruch College and has completed training at Wood Secretarial School.
