Jose Gonzalez-Garduno

Jose Gonzalez-Garduno is a Senior Software Engineer at Encore Capital Group, where design and release of a business-critical application platform has been accomplished while ensuring compliance with state laws and addressing agent needs. Jose also serves as a Coding Instructor at Coding With Kids, teaching various programming languages and leading project-based learning for students. Previous experience includes a position as a Student Researcher at Arizona State University, contributing to research on the impact of software artificial intelligence in K-12 education, and internships at Ribyt and Start West-Mec, where skills in JavaScript testing and hands-on technology projects were developed.
