L Dwayne Breaux

L Dwayne Breaux has extensive experience in the marine industry. L Dwayne currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Encore Dredging Partners, LLC since January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chairman of the Board at BroCoTec starting from April 2019. In 2018, they held the position of Managing Partner at BroCo Holdings, LLC. From November 2015 to December 2018, they worked as the EVP/COO at Orion Marine Group. Before that, they served as the President of Wison Offshore & Marine from November 2009 to October 2015. L Dwayne held the role of VP Operations at SBM Atlantia from 1998 to 2009 and worked as a Project Manager at J Ray McDermott from 1990 to 1996.

L Dwayne Breaux holds a Ph.D in Structural Dynamics from Texas A&M University, which they earned from 1986 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Civil - Structures from Louisiana Tech University from 1985 to 1986. L Dwayne also received a Bachelor's degree in Civil - Structures from Louisiana Tech University, completed from 1980 to 1985.
