Bill Frye

Bill Frye is the Director of the Montana Business Unit. Frye was formerly the Encore Electric Operations Manager for the Montana area.

Frye is responsible for leading teams based out of Big Sky and Belgrade on the varied and complex projects currently being built by Encore Electric. As these areas continue to grow, the Encore Electric team in Montana is growing alongside them, bringing electrical services and construction to complex projects in the area.

Frye credits the men and women working around him on the Encore Electric team for the success the group has found in just a few short years.

As Director of the Montana Business Unit, Frye will be responsible for the sustainable growth, service, and safety of the region. He will continue to work closely with not only the Encore Electric leadership team, but with all the team’s customers in Montana to understand their needs and meet their electrical construction challenges.

Frye has been a member of the Encore Electric team since March 2016, starting as a foreman, then working as a service account manager, and operations manager. He started as an apprentice electrician in 2007 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Frye is active in the Big Sky and Bozeman Chambers of Commerce.
