Tim Cohn

As Director of Denver Construction, Tim oversees all construction projects in the Denver Metro Area as a business unit leader.

Tim has served Encore Electric in several roles since joining the company in 2011. Most recently he served as Senior Preconstruction Manager with the Encore Electric team, where he was responsible for all preconstruction activities for his projects, including constructability reviews, design reviews, value engineering and budget support. He is a master electrician who is also an ICC Certified Commercial Inspector and has taught at the IEC Rocky Mountain apprenticeship school and was a top 10 graduate in his IEC class.

Tim has worked on hundreds of projects during his 11 years with Encore Electric, including McGregor Square, Village Center Station III, DaVita Tower, confidential data center projects in Wyoming, NCAR Wyoming Supercomputing Center and many more. The width and breadth of Tim’s knowledge of the electrical industry has set him up well to lead Denver Construction teams to be successful on their projects.
