Duane Korth has a vast amount of work experience in the IT field. Duane has most recently served as the Chief Information Officer at Encore Energy Services, where they were responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of all IT systems and personnel. Prior to that, Duane worked as the Director IT at Constellation Energy, leading the IT integration of three different retail gas company acquisitions. Duane also served as the Manager IT at Cornerstone Energy, where they designed and implemented a comprehensive business solution for providing natural gas to customers. Duane's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Systems Analyst at Aquila, Inc. and as a Senior Programmer/Analyst and LAN Administrator at Paradigm Solutions Corp. Duane began their career as a Consultant at Applied Power Associates, Inc.
Duane Korth completed their education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from 1983 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended Elkhorn High School from 1979 to 1983. Duane Korth has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Unitrends Certified Administrator Exam from Kaseya in June 2023, a Certificate of Achievement, Advanced JAVA from Conseva in August 2001, a Certificate of Achievement Advanced Visual FoxPro Application Development from Micro Endeavors, Inc. in August 1998, a Certificate of Achievement Intermediate and Advanced FoxPro from Personal PC Consultants in November 1992, and a Certification of Training for Professional Quality Assurance Lead Auditor, Quality Assurance Audit Techniques for Commercial, Governmental & Nuclear Industries from L. Marvin Johnson and Associates, Inc. in November 1989.
