Brad Chmura

Brad Chmura has extensive work experience in the finance and mortgage industry. Brad most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Encore Finance Capital. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Anchor Loans.

From 2017 to 2022, Brad worked at CoreVest Finance, where they held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Production.

Before joining CoreVest Finance, Brad worked at First American Mortgage Solutions as the Vice President of Sales. During their time there, they managed a large team and implemented strategic sales initiatives to drive department efficiencies and identify growth opportunities.

Prior to that, Brad was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at ClosingCorp, where they successfully increased revenue by 35% in under a year. Before their role at ClosingCorp, Brad worked at CoreLogic as the Director of Global Mortgage Sales, where they managed a large team and consistently achieved annual growth and exceeded corporate goals.

In 2006, Brad launched Forthright Funding, Inc., where they served as the President and oversaw the expansion of the regional mortgage banking firm across multiple states.

Earlier in their career, Brad held the position of Executive Vice President at Miner Kennedy Chmura Associates, Inc. Overall, Brad brings a wealth of experience in executive leadership, sales management, and business development to their current role as Chief Operating Officer.

Brad Chmura holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
