Ashley Somyk

Ashley Somyk has a diverse work experience. Ashley started their career as a Social Media Marketing Strategist at CWI - Computer Wholesalers Inc. in 2010 and held this role until 2013. In 2015, they joined Groove Events as an Event Marketing Specialist and worked there until 2016. Ashley then joined City Personnel in 2016 as a Senior Recruitment Specialist, and remained in this position until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Encore Fire Protection, where they initially held the role of Change Agent and later became the Director of Talent & Culture.

Ashley Somyk holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Entertainment Event Management from Johnson & Wales University. In June 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Predictive Index Practitioner from The Predictive Index.
