Lauren Durand Laroche

Lauren Durand LaRoche has a diverse work experience in the fire protection industry. Lauren currently works as the Director of Sales at Encore Fire Protection, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Johnson Controls, where they served as the General Sales Manager from April 2018 to September 2021 and as a Sprinkler Service Sales Representative from October 2016 to March 2018. Before joining Johnson Controls, they were employed at SimplexGrinnell, starting as a Senior Service Coordinator from November 2008 to July 2011, then transitioning to a Customer Care Representative from August 2011 to September 2012, and finally becoming a Fire and Life Safety Consultant from October 2012 to September 2016.

Lauren Durand LaRoche attended Wachusett Regional High School from 1999 to 2003, where they did not earn a degree. Later, they pursued their higher education at Fitchburg State University from 2003 to 2008. At the university, they earned a degree in Interdisiplinary Studies with a focus on Business, Communications Media, and Italian.
