Margaret Baker

Margaret Baker is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Vice President of FP&A and Transformation at Encore Fire Protection since February 2024, Margaret has previously held key positions such as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Ceres Terminals, where responsibilities included delivering financial data to company executives and constructing financial models for investment decisions. At Bridgestone Americas, Margaret advanced to Senior Manager of FP&A, where leadership resulted in significant cost savings and improved forecasting processes. Earlier roles at Goldman Sachs involved managing cash settlement processes and enhancing client relations. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University–Newark and a Mini MBA in Leadership from Belmont University.
