Sheryl Fallon

Sheryl Fallon is a seasoned professional in the fire protection industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Sheryl serves as the Director of TCP Analytics & Reporting and the Director of Service Operations at Encore Fire Protection since April 2022. Sheryl co-founded firepro365 in October 2013, which provides a comprehensive software solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the fire protection sector. Prior to these roles, Sheryl was the Vice President and Owner of Reliable Fire Protection Inc. from July 1989 to April 2022, a family-owned business specializing in kitchen fire suppression systems and portable fire extinguishers. Sheryl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers Business School, earned from 1988 to 1992.
