Trever Kilburn's work experience includes holding various roles at multiple companies. Trever started their career at Hertz in 2008 as a Manager and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Ryder System, Inc. as a Rental Sales Representative and later as a Customer Service Coordinator. In 2013, they joined Johnson Controls and served as a Total Service Manager, responsible for service growth, customer development, and employee development. Trever worked in this role until 2018 when they became the Program Manager for Fire Domain Schedule & Dispatch. In 2021, Trever joined Encore Fire Protection as the Director of Service Operations and later became the Regional Director of Service Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Director of Corporate Development at Encore Fire Protection.
Trever Kilburn attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2004 to 2006. Trever obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations.
