Joel Adelman

Joel Adelman has a long history of work experience in the business sector. Joel began their career in 1989 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Blue Coral. In 1998, they founded Advance Partners, a financial, operational, and strategic support provider for independent staffing firms. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Chief Executive Officer of AdCap Management Inc., a company that provides capital to growth-stage businesses. In 2019, they became a Member of North Coast Angel Fund, a contributed capital and pre-seed investment fund. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of Encore Funding, a receivables finance and asset backed lending business. Joel is also the Chief Executive Officer of Transcap, a company that solves the issue of outstanding invoices and delayed payments.

Joel Adelman received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Northwood University in Business Administration and Management, General. Joel also attended Chagrin Falls Schools. In July 2013, they were awarded the 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year by EY.
