Stephanie Wallis, also known as Tosh, has extensive experience in logistics and customer service management, currently serving as the Logistics Manager and former Customer Service Manager at Encore! Glass since February 2020. Prior to these roles, Stephanie worked as the Market Development Lead at Encore! Glass (February 2017 - 2019), focusing on improving service quality and operational productivity, and as a Sales & Service Account Representative, where account management and inter-departmental coordination were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Purchasing Agent at Grandstand, managing apparel procurement for a large client base, and excelling as Retail Manager & Media Coordinator at White Chocolate Skateboards & More, overseeing inventory and bookkeeping tasks. Additionally, Stephanie started a career in banking as a Teller at CoreFirst Bank & Trust, engaging with clients in financial services.
