Daniel Mason

Daniel Mason is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in corporate accounting and reporting. Currently serving as VP, Corporate Controller at Encore since June 2022, Daniel oversees all domestic accounting operations, internal reporting, and compliance functions. Prior roles include VP, Corporate Accounting and Reporting at NielsenIQ, where Daniel established a new accounting team and managed the financial reporting for over 150 legal entities. Previous positions include Director of Financial Reporting at Coeur Mining, and Senior Finance Manager roles at James Hardie Building Products, leading various financial integrations and consolidations. Daniel began his career at BDO USA and BDO in Australia as an Assurance Manager and Senior Auditor, respectively. Daniel holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Business Management from The University of Queensland.
