Earl Smith

Earl Smith is currently the Lead A/V Tech at Encore, where they ensure meeting rooms are set to client specifications and manage nightly shift reports. Previously, they served as an Audio Engineer at The Mirage from 2004 to 2016, overseeing audio/visual operations for various events. Earl was also the Head Audio Engineer for Feld Entertainment, working on Disney on Ice productions across the Americas and Asia from 1997 to 2003. Their career began as an Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy from 1986 to 1996, where they ensured the safe navigation of nuclear submarines and served as a staff briefer at the Cincpac Fleet command center.
