Grant Maxwell

Grant Maxwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and payroll management across various industries. Since December 2021, Grant has served as the Compensation Benefits Manager for EMEA at Encore. Previously, roles included Payroll Manager at McKesson and XPO Logistics Europe, as well as an HR & Payroll Systems Manager at Air Serv Corporation, where Grant managed payroll and HRIS for approximately 5,000 employees. Grant also has experience as a Process Governance Manager at Gate Aviation.
