Anupriya Alur is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Manager for the EMEA and Nordics regions at Sandvik since June 2018. With prior positions as a Principal Consultant at Cloudator and HR Consultant roles at Microsoft and Nokia, Anupriya has extensive expertise in project management for incentive programs, global compensation strategies, and performance management processes.
