Jonathan Falco

Jonathan Falco is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in global safety and risk management. Currently serving as VP of Global Risk Management and Safety at Encore since August 2016, Jonathan is responsible for the development of strategic objectives and enterprise risk management across the organization. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions at McDonald's, including Director of Risk Management and US Risk Manager, where significant achievements included reducing claim reserves by over $1,200,000 and improving safety processes. Earlier career experiences include roles at Publix and the Florida Department of Health. Jonathan earned a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Florida State University and an A.A. in Business from Saint John's River Community College.
