Rich has also contributed to various reputable companies as a Media Specialist and Audio Visual Technician, showcasing expertise in production planning, technical facilitation, and significant cost-saving initiatives within audio-visual operations. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, specializing in Television and Digital Media Production from Ferris State University.
