Scott Buford has extensive experience in project management within the events industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Project Management at Encore since September 2019. Prior to this role, Scott held various senior leadership positions at PSAV from November 2012 to January 2021, including Senior Director of Project Management and Division Director of Event Execution for the West region. Earlier positions include Area Technical Director and Technical Coordinator at Swank Audio Visuals, as well as a role as Assistant Principal Horn with the Waco Symphony. Scott's foundational experience includes a Software Engineer Internship at Lockheed Martin. Educational credentials include a Master of Music from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Music from Baylor University, alongside initial studies at Texas A&M University.
