Currently serving as Director of Project Management at Encore since October 2015, Mike Sims has progressed through various roles including Associate Director and Sr. Project Manager. Prior to Encore, Mike Sims was the Director of Operations at A.C. Kerman, Inc. from June 2013 to October 2015.
