Shalis Ricks

Shalis Ricks has extensive experience in sales and administrative roles, currently serving as a Senior Sales Manager at Encore since September 2013, following a series of progressively responsible positions within the company. Prior to Encore, Shalis worked at Gaylord Hotels from September 2010 to September 2013, where roles included Administrative Assistant II. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Administrative Assistant at Goodman & Company, LLP from October 2006 to May 2010. Shalis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Western Governors University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
