James Haas

James Haas currently serves as the Offsite Construction Sales Manager at Nichiha USA, a position held since August 2022. Previously, James was the Sales Manager for the Midwest Region at Nadler Modular Structures from January 2021 to August 2022, a company known for modular buildings and space solutions. Prior to that, James worked as a Territory Sales Manager at WillScot from 2017 to 2021, where innovative modular space solutions were provided to customers. Earlier experience includes a Regional Sales Manager role at Cintas from 2009 to 2017, achieving significant growth and leading a successful sales team, as well as a position as Operations & Project Manager at PulteGroup from 2005 to 2009, overseeing warranty compliance for residential communities. James graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government in 2005.
