Tim Kain

Tim Kain is an experienced Operations Director currently at Encore, where they manage day-to-day operational activities for events, conferences, and meetings. With a strong background in the events services industry, Tim previously worked as an Operations Manager at PSAV, overseeing a team and coordinating client needs at a major venue. They also completed an internship at Walt Disney World, focusing on guest service excellence, and garnered extensive experience in hospitality during their time at Klein’s Seafood and Waterside Café. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
