Rachel Spellman, RN, BSN, LNHA, currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Encore Healthcare Services since May 2025. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at The Alden Network from September 2017 to May 2025, including Director of Nursing at Alden Naperville and Alden Des Plaines, as well as Administrator and Transitional Care Coordinator at Alden Lakeland. Rachel also gained experience at Legacy Healthcare LLC from August 2015 to September 2017, where roles included Assistant Administrator, Compliance Officer, Human Resources Director, and Activity Director. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oak Point University.
