Keisha is an experienced sales & operations executive who is a co-founder of Encore. Keisha started her career as an RT where she advanced to Director in less than one year. Over the next three years, she went on to become the top account executive at the global respiratory provider Linde. Keisha served at Alana Healthcare as VP of Facility Contracting & Business Development & Served as VP of Operations for Gantt’s other company AireMED, LLC which has now merged with Encore HC.
