Andy Lewis

Andy Lewis has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Andy currently holds the role of Operations Director - Managed Services at Gi Group, starting in 2023. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2023, they worked at Encore Personnel, initially as a Managed Services Operations Manager and later as an Operations Director. In these roles, they were responsible for maintaining, developing, and managing the operations within the growing Managed Services division. Before joining Encore Personnel, Andy worked at Gi Group UK as a Group Corporate Manager from 2012 to 2013. Andy also has a significant tenure at Staffline Group plc, where they served as the UK Operational Development Manager from 2000 to 2012.
