Scott McCloud Sr

Scott McCloud Sr. has over 20 years of experience in engineering and quality control within the construction and environmental sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Control Assistant Manager at ENCORE PRECAST LLC since December 2019, Scott previously worked at Patriot Engineering and Environmental, Inc. as an Engineer Tech and Field Technician, where responsibilities included testing construction materials and analyzing soil samples. Additional experience includes internships at Belmont Laboratories and the International Center for Water Resources Management, focusing on water quality analysis and monitoring. Scott also served as CEO of B&W House Doctors from February 2006 to January 2011, overseeing sales and customer relations. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Water Resource Management from Central State University, completed between 2010 and 2014.
