Blake Sturcke has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Management Program Analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Blake then moved on to Morgan Stanley, where they served as a Fixed Income Sales representative from 1994 to 1996, and later as an Executive Director from 1999 to 2006. In between, they also worked as an Associate at Merrill Lynch from 1997 to 1999, and as a Director at Deutsche Bank from 2006 to 2008.
In 2009, Sturcke co-founded Turning Earth LLC, where they served as the Head of Corporate Development and CFO until 2015.
Since 2015, Sturcke has been associated with Encore Renewable Energy, initially serving as the Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2016. Blake then took on the role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2019, before being promoted to President and Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Co-CEO at Encore Renewable Energy, overseeing the company's overall operating activities, strategy, corporate development, finance, and general management functions.
Blake Sturcke completed a BA in Economics at Bucknell University from 1989 to 1993. From 1996 to 1998, Blake pursued an MBA in Finance at Columbia Business School.
