Lauren Glickman

Lauren Glickman has a diverse work experience in the fields of renewable energy, communications, and marketing. Lauren is currently serving as the VP of Policy and Communications for Encore Renewable Energy, where they are responsible for overseeing all strategic marketing and communications efforts. Prior to that, they held the role of VP of Marketing at the same company.

Before their tenure at Encore Renewable Energy, Lauren founded and operated their own communications firm, WindyGlick Communications, starting in 2013. Lauren also worked as a Senior Advisor and Managing Partner at RenewComm, a marketing and communications agency specializing in clean technology and renewable energy.

Lauren has a background in academia as well, having served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at George Washington University. In this role, they taught courses on social media strategies and assisted in the development of an Executive Education curriculum.

Additionally, Lauren has been actively involved in volunteer work, having served as a Volunteer for Clean Energy for Biden in 2020.

Earlier in their career, Lauren held positions at various organizations, including the American Wind Energy Association, Chesapeake Climate Action Network, Environmental Working Group, and the Fund for Public Interest Research.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in marketing, communications, social media strategies, and advocacy for renewable energy and clean technology.

Lauren Glickman completed their education from 1998 to 2001 at Byram Hills High School. Lauren then pursued further studies from 2001 to 2004 at Tulane University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Environmental Policy and English.
