Rajthilak Krishna Kumar has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Rajthilak is currently working as a Technology Lead at Encore Software Services, Inc. since September 2020. Rajthilak Krishna Kumar completed their education as follows:

- From 2007 to 2010, they attended Anna University and obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree with a focus on Computer Programming, Specific Applications.

- Prior to that, they studied at Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.

- In 2003 and 2004, they completed their Higher Secondary education at Eden Garden Mat. Hr. Sec School, Udumbiam, with a specialization in Biology and Mathematics.
