Ramesh Kumar

Ramesh Kumar has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ramesh began their career at AV Systems in 2004 as a Sr. Recruiter, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, Ramesh joined Careerone Solutions India Pvt. Ltd as a Lead Recruiter and worked there until 2012. Ramesh then joined Encore Software Services, Inc. in 2012 and has held the roles of Senior Recruitment Manager and currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Ramesh Kumar completed their B.COM degree in Commerce from D.G.Vaishnav College in 2002. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Jaya Engineering College in India from 2002 to 2004.
