Nikhil Arora

Nikhil Arora is an accomplished entrepreneur and industry expert with extensive experience in the fields of lithium-ion technology and solar energy solutions. As the Founder and CEO of Encore Systems since January 2024, Nikhil leads a company specializing in system integration and turnkey solutions for lithium battery applications. Prior to this, Nikhil founded DNA Technologies, providing turnkey solutions for lithium battery pack assembly lines and solar panel manufacturing from August 2016 to January 2024. Previous roles include project management consulting for INNOLIA ENERGY PVT. LTD and Super Sun Solar Limited, focusing on battery pack manufacturing and solar panel assembly line setup, respectively. Nikhil has also held significant positions in business development and customer relations in various companies, including Bergen Systems and Mondragon Assembly. Nikhil holds a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications, a PGDBA in Operations Management, and a degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
