Harold Benson

Harold Benson's work experience includes positions at Encore Technologies, CBTS, Kable Academy, GameStop, and Lids.

From March 2023 to the present, they have been working as a Voice Engineer at Encore Technologies.

From November 2022 to March 2023, they worked as an Incident Manager at CBTS. Prior to that, they were a Service Desk Analyst II from February 2021 to November 2022, where they directly assisted customers and vendors with resolving issues related to VoIP, NaaS, SD-WAN services, as well as troubleshooting networking equipment.

In 2020, they attended Kable Academy, completing a Cyber Security program that included 600 hours of in-person labs and studies in IT, Networking, and Cybersecurity.
