Jacob Holden

Jacob Holden has work experience as a Telecommunications Engineer at Encore Technologies since June 2022. Previously, they worked as a Senior Desktop Support Technician at American Modern Insurance Group from July 2018 to June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Help Desk Technician at Atos from June 2017 to July 2018.

Jacob Holden attended Great Oaks Career Campuses from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Computer Service Technician & Networking with a field of study in Information Technology. In addition, they obtained two additional certifications, namely Microsoft Technology Associate: Security Fundamentals (MTA) in April 2016 and Microsoft Technology Associate: Networking Fundamentals (MTA) in November 2015, from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business.
