Jim W. began their work experience in 2006 as an Operations Manager at Connected Technologies, where they oversaw data center infrastructure installations. In 2012, they joined Presidio as a Practice Manager, leading program and project management for the north central region. Jim then moved on to Encore Technologies in 2016 as the VP of Service Operations, where they led the shared services team and worked to scale internal operations, resulting in increased revenue and broader business opportunities.

Jim W. attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Master's degree in Network and Communications Management with a concentration in Project Management. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2011, they attended DeVry University and earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Network and Communications Management. Jim also holds a Project Management Professional certification which they obtained from the Project Management Institute in March 2012.
