Steve Peterson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steve started their career in 1980 at Procter and Gamble, where they worked in the Management Systems Division and achieved significant results in quality, cost, and process improvement. Steve then transitioned to Sun Microsystems in 1992 as a Major Account Manager and subsequently joined CISCO in 1994 as an Account Manager. At both companies, they focused on selling products and creating win-win outcomes for their customers. In 2012, Steve joined Riverbed Technology as a Territory Sales Executive, selling Application Performance solutions to major accounts in Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Steve later moved to Encore Technologies in 2017 as a Technical Sales Specialist, providing specialized sales and consulting services for application performance and End User Experience monitoring. In addition to their career in sales, Steve is also a Boys Lacrosse Coach at Mariemont City Schools and has been recognized for their outstanding contributions to the sport.

Steve Peterson earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Prior to their university education, they obtained a High School Diploma in 1975 from Horace Greeley High School in Chappaqua, NY.
