Todd Carter has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on collaboration solutions. In their current role as a Senior Solutions Architect at Encore Technologies since 2017, they work closely with customers to understand their collaboration needs and create solutions that improve their business operations. Todd has expertise in legacy Cisco Collaboration components as well as various third-party collaboration and contact center partners. Todd also provides administrative responsibilities for Cisco Webex Messaging, Meetings, and Calling, and offers pre-sales support for Webex Contact Center. Todd is responsible for all aspects of pre-sales, design, licensing, and solution vision presentations for collaboration and contact center solutions.
Before joining Encore Technologies, Todd was a Solution Architect at Presidio Networked Solutions from 2008 to 2017. In this role, they designed comprehensive collaboration strategies for companies, integrating various components such as data networking, call control, unified messaging, mobility solutions, audio/video/web conferencing, presence information, and contact centers. Todd utilized Presidio's Solution Engagement Framework to develop solution visions with customers, identify software and hardware requirements, review licensing structures, and create formal proposals and statements of work.
Prior to their role at Presidio Networked Solutions, Todd worked at Spanlink Communications as a Business Transformation Consultant and Senior Systems Engineer from 2005 to 2008. Todd focused on identifying and documenting customer's business requirements and designing unified communications deployment strategies accordingly. Todd also provided quotes for necessary hardware, software, professional services, and support services to create complete unified communications solutions.
Todd's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Norstan Communication from 1998 to 2005.

Todd Carter attended Wright State University from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management.
