Todd Carter has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on collaboration solutions. In their current role as a Senior Solutions Architect at Encore Technologies since 2017, they work closely with customers to understand their collaboration needs and create solutions that improve their business operations. Todd has expertise in legacy Cisco Collaboration components as well as various third-party collaboration and contact center partners. Prior to their role at Presidio Networked Solutions, Todd worked at Spanlink Communications as a Business Transformation Consultant and Senior Systems Engineer from 2005 to 2008. Todd focused on identifying and documenting customer's business requirements and designing unified communications deployment strategies accordingly. Todd also provided quotes for necessary hardware, software, professional services, and support services to create complete unified communications solutions.

Todd's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Norstan Communication from 1998 to 2005.
