Zach Zuke, CSM, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Zach is currently serving as the Director of Staffing Operations at Encore Technologies since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager, Transition at EMCOR Facilities Services from August 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining EMCOR, Zach held the position of Business Development Manager at Fusion Alliance, a technology solutions consultancy, from February 2020 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for scrutinizing, diagnosing, and solving business problems by leveraging leading technologies and proven processes.

From an earlier career experience, Zach worked as a Lead Account Manager at Apex Systems, engaging in B2B sales and advising clients on staffing models for IT goals. Zach was with Apex Systems from 2018 to 2020.

Prior to their career in technology and consulting, Zach gained experience in the food and hospitality industry. Zach served as the Director of Operations/General Manager at Revolution Rotisserie/Pesola, LLC from 2017 to 2018, and at Casa Figueroa/IMOG, LLC from 2015 to 2017.

Before transitioning to restaurant management, Zach worked as a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Marriott International from 2012 to 2015 and as an Assistant General Manager/Bar Manager at Atavola Trattoria/3W, LLC from 2010 to 2012.

Throughout their various roles, Zach Zuke has developed a set of skills that include project management, business development, sales, client management, and customer service. Zach has showcased adaptability and an ability to excel in different industries.

Zach Zuke, CSM, has a diverse education history. Zach obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Zach attended The University of Cincinnati-Raymond Walters College from 2010 to 2012, earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Zach completed their high school education at Purcell Marian High School from 2001 to 2005, where they received a High School Diploma in a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program.

In addition to their formal education, Zach has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include the Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in May 2023, Talent Management from LinkedIn in March 2023, HR and Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in February 2023, HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn in January 2023, and The Human Resources Hero from LinkedIn in January 2023. Prior to these, they also obtained the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Aveta Business Institute in August 2022.
