Amy Perry Tipton

Amy Perry Tipton currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Encore Vet Group, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Tipton was the COO at PartnerCare from November 2022 to May 2024, during which an Interim CEO role was also assumed. From April 2020 to December 2022, Tipton contributed as a Board Member for Voices for Parkinson’s. At Stonerise, from August 2019 to October 2022, Tipton held the role of Chief Executive Officer of Ancillary Service Lines, overseeing multiple service lines and managing P&L, strategy, operations, and growth. Prior experience includes serving as COO at Great Expressions Dental Centers and holding several leadership positions at Genesis Rehab Services from 1999 to 2018. Early career experience includes a role as a Speech Language Pathology Claims Reviewer at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and serving as President/Owner-Operator of Omni-Rehab of WNC. Tipton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Language Pathology and a Master of Arts in Communication Disorders from Marshall University.
