Bo’s career path has always been dedicated to veterinary medicine. For more than 30 years, he has worked with veterinarians and their teams focusing on practice success, business education, and transition planning.

Bo leads the development of new hospital partnerships and strategic relationships which support our Encore partners and the veterinary profession.
