Dawn Hackney

Dawn Hackney serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Encore Vet Group since July 2025 and holds the position of Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association since August 2013, focusing on the advancement of women in the healthcare industry. Additionally, Dawn is a Board Member at freeFall Theatre Company. Previous roles include CEO and President at GreenTree Natural Wellness Center until September 2025, VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, and Chief Financial Officer for American Vascular Associates. Dawn's extensive experience includes financial management roles at Care Access Research LLC, Meridien Research, VeriFone Inc., and CCS Medical. Dawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is continuing education at Harvard University.
