Amy Herring

Amy Herring is an experienced professional currently serving as Lifestyles Activity Manager at Encore Village of Schaumburg since May 2023. Previously, Herring held various roles at Trinity Lutheran Church Roselle from December 2005 to January 2023, including School Admission Lead, where event development focused on student and parent engagement; Outreach Ministry Leader, overseeing a Neighborhood Ministry; and Assistant to Senior Pastor, where guest and new member assimilation initiatives were implemented. Earlier, Herring gained notable experience as a Senior Sales Director at Mary Kay, Inc., building a substantial business across multiple states. Herring began the career as a fourth-grade teacher at Immanuel Lutheran School, alongside coaching responsibilities. Herring holds a B.A. in Elementary Education, Theology, and Youth Ministry from Concordia University Chicago.
