Ryan McTeer

Ryan McTeer has a strong background in the wellness and fitness industry. Ryan started their career in 2002 as a Personal Trainer/Office Manager at Hardcore Training Company, where they gained and maintained personal training clients and assisted with facility operations. Ryan also managed a retail store selling supplements, apparel, and gym equipment. From 2006 to 2012, Ryan worked at Nifty After Fifty as a Lead Wellness Coach and later as a Wellness Coach Intern, where they learned about working with the senior population. In 2012, Ryan joined Encore Wellness as a Senior Area Supervisor, overseeing multiple locations. Ryan then progressed to the role of Area Manager in 2017 and is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operations.

Ryan McTeer attended California State University, Fullerton from 2002 to 2008. Ryan pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science during this time.
